Glen recognises that everyone is different and makes no attempt to stereotype or guess what someone’s goals might be. He listens and questions until he completely understands what his clients are seeking to achieve. He will then present a unique tailored solution that is easy to understand and follow.

Glen shares his practical advice by teaching personal finance skills in community groups. He is often asked to speak at financial planning events all over Australia.

Glen has a particular interest in business succession, personal finance and estate planning, because he knows that financial security is important to everyone.

Glen is an active member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA), Australian Institure of Company Directors (AICD), and is a Justice of the Peace (JP).

When Glen is not advising clients at Fortify Financial, he enjoys riding his motorbike (Yamaha FZ1), dining out, live music and a bit of travel.

Ross has a unique way of engaging with his clients. He is a passionate adviser and loves seeing his clients succeed. With many years of experience Ross is able to help his clients clearly articulate and prioritise their goals. He has a particular interest in pre-retirement and retirement advice; however, he is experienced and passionate regarding all areas of personal financial advice. Ross is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).

Ross and his lovely wife are kept on their toes with their two young children.
